Avensis Gs D4d Estate

Recently purchased Toyota Avensis GS D4D Estate with no owners manual or handbook. Could anybody tell me what are the service intervals are for; oil, oil filter, cam belt change, air filter, fuel filter and cooling fluid are? Also does anybody know the tyre pressures and what they change to for towing? Does anyone know where I could get a Manual for this vehicle as Haynes don't appear to make one? Any information is appreciated. Thank you.

Hi

Oil and filter change every 10,000 miles or 12 months

Personally I would do it every 5/6000 miles or 6 months, but I'm an oil change addict!

Cambelt change every 60,000 miles or 5 years

Air filter every 4 years, again I do it every year because I like a clean filter.

Pollen filter every 2 years.

Fuel filter for D-4D every 6years or 40,000 miles

Cooling fluid Toyota for life, change every 3 years or 40,000 miles

Brake fluid change every 2 years

Tyre pressures 32psi standard front and rear ( I tow with 35psi front and 38psi rear)

The new Haynes manual for the 97-03 Avensis comes out in September this year as far as I remember.

A quick search on eBay came up with a couple of user manuals (searched for "(manual,guide) +Avensis") ...
