AS some of you may know I have been hankering after building a V8 supra for a long time....... But money has always been the problem :(

Well at last I am going to build one!!!

I have been comissioned by another forum member to build a V8 Mkiii Supra :D

It will start off in N/a form, but at a later date be supercharged :D

Its a 1UZ-FE out of an LS400.....

Personally.... I think it needs a CT-26 turbo each side too ;)

Not sure on the power yet... I think stage 1 is just going to be get the engine in and running reliably mated to a hybrid LS400/Mkiii supra autobox...

I still think turbo it as its going in... but its up to the owner ;)

Sounds good and LS400s can fair shift for their size and weight! Nice auto box and you floor it and it just goes!

Silky smooth.. "effortless" go...

They are also a nice engine in that they are an alloy block.... waaaaaay lighter then the anchor that is the stock 7m..

We talked about turbos today.... looks like it *might* be a go.. :D
