Ms Outlook 03

I'm currently using 'MS Office Outlook 03' for my email management. I want to be able to select a keyword so that my personal emails and work related emails go into a separate folder/in-box.

I guess it would work like a spam filter, eg if I created a new in-box called TOC, every email I would receive with the words TOC in it would go to the TOC in-box and not my regular in-box in outlook.

Any ideas if this can be done, as I've had a fiddle with the settings and looked online and not got to far

Tools > Rules and Alerts > New rule .... you should be able to figure it out from there.

this is what i do, emails are nicely sorted from forums etc :D
