I've Got A New Car

Finally my dealer said that the reason for my 2.0l Auto T3-X stalling four times (twice as I pulled into traffic) was due to a faulty ECU.

Drove the car after the replacement and what a difference. The mapping has changed, gear changes are better, more power lower down-feels like a different car.

So is it just that Toyota upgrade their software now and again, or is it due to customer complaints with the auto gearbox...???

Also the dealer replaced the drive belt bearings (?) which were causing a rattling noise from the engine bay at around 1200rpm-now lovely and quiet!
