i assume when fitting an aftermarket stereo the DSP Box for the Active stereo system from behind the central glovebox can be removed?? And the associated wiring?

Also the two amps? i belive they are the two silver boxes in the passenger side rear quater panel?

With the interior out and not much call for them i dont see why not?

yup rip it all out rob,

start again with your own new loom for amps etc

What amp are you going for Rob? you just wiring up the sub or connecting the amp to the front Speakers too? I've taken out all my stereo stuff but thinking about putting something else in, maybe a small amp to power the Speakers, Just looking for ideas really.

tweeters in the top of the doors and mids in the bottom (as in components) and a small set of coaxials in the rear panels, where the standard fitment is

the amps quite compact for a 5 channel and has a fair bit of beef, more tha enough to entetain the small cabin area of the 2
