basically declair the car off road, and you dont pay until you want to bring it back out again. its the law that you have to do it.

but dont bring the car out after as you can get nobled about 10g!

YUp.. my car is currently off the road, for the simple reason that I can;t afford the price of inflated MOTs and mad road tax :(
