Hi guys,

I wonder if anyone can help me??? Im pretty new to this :)

I bought a 1.8Gls 2 years ago now and have enjoyed ownership ever since. I have had no problems with the car at all :)

Until last week, I know it isn't major but my rear windscrren wiper motor has given up and my local dealer wants £150 which I feel is a bit steep! Does anyone know of a breakers or somewhere where I can get one of these???

Many Thanks in advance...

The wiper unit is quite easy to strip down and repair, they fail regulary.

Have a look in the workshop forum of this site, I posted a method of stripping them down and repairing them years ago. You may save yourself some money!
