I believe there is a switch built into the ignition barrel which is switched when the key is inserted. you could disconnect one of the switch wires but not sure how this would effect the car. No harm in trying, however.

annoys me too, going to find the "boing'er" and cut the wires to it, probably loose the seatbelt warning though :(

The fix to undo the beeping for safesy belts is about like this.

Push and hold the button for couter reset (miles/km) and turn the ingition key and wait like this for about a minute.

Then you will see on the display sound on or off. Choose.

I believe this is the way.

The key/door open beeper fix I don't know. But probably it's solved in a similar way.
