Frozen Out!

This morning the cars were covered by heavy frost, I don't know how cold it was but the frost was fairly thick. We weren't in a rush to go out but I decided to get the Previa de-iced and warm in advance. However, I was thwarted at the first hurdle- I couldn't open the car with either the remote (No flashing indicator lights, no nothing) or the good old fashioned key! Eventually it relented and I was able to unlock with the remote but the only way to lock it again was with the button on the drivers door armrest. This is a 2003 Previa, I thought my winter starting problems were over having finally bought a modern car! (My 1974 Spitfire based kit car started first time :D )
