Hi everyone, just joined the site :)

I'm looking to buy a UK Supra but seem to be having problems, I've been checking the autotrader and other sites for weeks but only seem to be finding imports. The insurance quotes for imports seem to be far higher (£2000 higher) so I need to find a UK car.

Is it just me or has anyone else had this problem?

Does anyone have any tips or information that will help, like any differences to bodywork that could be noticed in the pictues of the car or even spec differences that would be listed.

Any help would be appreciated.

hi and welcome....

Uk tt's are hard to find im afraid m8, i had exectly the same problem as you i wanted a low mileage, fsh uk manual and just couldn't find one for love nor money!......... i ended up buying a auto after searching for about 10 months, low miles fsh the lot!,and that was hard enough to find, be prepared for a long wait an a good one will usually pop up, they are very saught after an you need to be quick of the mark if you do find a low mileage example as it will sell quickly.

uk's are bit higher spec than the jap imports

full leather

heated seats

front active spoilr that deploys at 60mph an above

an 326bhp

these are feature that the imports never had...well most of them

contact rash on this site, he's your man for uk spec's, top bloke too!

I think there is a silver auto for sale with about 70k on the clock, fsh, nice example for around £10k
