First Mods

Hi, i got myself a yaris 1.0 colour collection p2,.

I am just wondering where did people start with the mods?

I have fitted my own headunit now after reading some how to's on here.

Now its just where do i go from here and can anyone point me to some websites that deal with yaris mods?!

Yup deffo a good start if you ring them up! Also if you become a gold member on this forum you will get a discount there (amongst many other places)

What sort of area do you want you car modded? Looks? Performance? ICE? etc. You looking to start small? It totally depends on your style and taste. I guess lowering, alloys, strut braces, braided brake lines and brakes, induction kit, exhaust system, tints, spoiler, aerial, Speakers, lights, interior etc are all items and areas you could look at (in no particular order)

Also if you look at the ENVY section in the main forum you will see lots of custom parts they make for yaris which are good if your on a budget but still want high quality japanese parts!

Well im looking to start small as i dont have a massive budget, i really want to try and make my yaris look individual with some nice alloys and bodykit.

Yeah, that's the right website, they're also sponsors of the site & have their own sub-forum which can be found here.

If you don't want to spend massive amounts of money you may be best staying away from the performance mods as hundreds of quid will disappear very quickly as I'm sure a lot of people on here will tell you. I can't really talk about mods very much as I haven't done too much to my car but there's plenty to choose from if you're just looking at just making it a bit individual. I think lowering springs make a massive difference to the look of a Yaris, I'd get them if I could, might be worth looking into.

Yeah you'll see a lot of subtle mods on here - things like TTE spoilers, lowering springs, headlight brows which don't cost the earth but do make it personalised too. alloys are a good choice too :)
