Wont Start

I have a 91 jap gt4 got in it the other night strated strait away but then stop as soon as it started.Have cheacked the cam belt and the cams all ok i turn it over and there is no compresion its as if it has no spark plugs in it.Does any 1 have any ideas.Thank you.....just in case some 1 is having a simular problem just phoned a garage to ask for there help and thay said it sounds like its dumped to much fuel in to the boars wich has now cleaned them so there in no seal round the piston told me to put some oil in each boar.Dont no if this is going to work but worth a try...Any other ideas would be great ty

Try the oil trick it may well be but i rather think it could be the belts slipped. Have you just done a visual check on the belt or have you lined up the timing marks as well?

Try the oil trick it may well be but i rather think it could be the belts slipped. Have you just done a visual check on the belt or have you lined up the timing marks as well?

yes i have lined up the timing that is all ok i have had the rocker off .As some 1 told me i could have snaped a cam but that seems all ok..will let you no if the oil works

hi there m8 i had the exact same prob a few weeks ago,

1st= take a spark plug out and then leave ht lead on it turn the engine over and see if ya getting a spark on it, if you are, i recommend you take all the plugs out and leave for a few hours, i left mine for 24 hours. then put all the plugs back in and it should start. dont ask my why but thats what happernd to mine, if you look a other fourms you will see mine on there,(GT4 will not start) i said on there it was the starter pack but have since rearlised it wasnet and just was the plugs, if you get stuck m8 i have a spare starter pack .
