Stage 2 - Lowered On Tein Springs - Pics

Got my car back today lowered 37mm on Tein springs. Handling is a MASSIVE improvement and it is still a comfy ride!!

Plus I think it will take some time for the car to settle on the springs as you drive around, it might even go a bit lower in a few days or so!

Maybe you can post some pics in a few days to see the difference after the springs have settled, most likely it will be lower! :)

What tyres are you putting on the 17's I'm running 18's and lowered 25mm (seller statement) and there is barely enough room. with 37mm it's gonna be tight. I like the way your keeping us updated with the pics. Keep it up, top job

Im getting 215/40/17 so the wheel wont be any bigger than the ones on there already (when combining rim and tyre size)

I would say yours is lowered 40mm. I dont know of any 20mm springs for the GT. I had a GT lowered 40mm on 18s and had not a single problem. Even on full lock no rubbing. Here is a pic of my GT:

In a way i still miss my GT cuz it was such a good looking car! It always gets a big reaction, and ive had a lot of people say its the nicest celica they have ever seen :D Just shows you what lowering on 18s with tints can do.

The pic looks great and your comment about the lowering springs are interesting. I was told TRD lowered springs at 25m. Will re-check my mod sheet
