Ireland is the best place, that has certainly been done over there. There is a rally website over there too but do not have the web address for it. Try searching fo rallying in Ireland.

Ι was watching a dvd yesterday for Acropolis Rally 1985. 1st car under 1400cc was a Starlet RWD driven by a Greek driver. After this win a lot of Greeks went on Starlets RWD rally cars for National rally events for many years until the appearance of Corolla FWD rally car.

I'm in the (very slow) process of building one along those lines, what bits are you looking for? Engine mod wise, most bits can be found in the UK apart from inlet manifolds, but they're not difficult to import. All suspension bits can be found quite easily, same with roll cage etc.

not sure if your still looking for information.

but down here in New Zealand, KP series starlets are very common to use as rally vehicles as parts are very cheap and readily available.

if you do a couple searches for NZ sites, you'l find information which will prove very valuable for you.
