Hi, I've just got my first Rav 4, a1995 5 door.Can anyone advise me on the best manual for servicing and general repair? I'm a reasonably compotent d.i.y.'er.

As to a repair manual, only two choices ..... buy a set of manuals from Toyota GB ( at great expense ), or as i haver done and other members,buy this book from chilton....

Its for the USA market and covers early and late models, and is better than no manual at all .

Hi there!

I've got a Haynes manual for mine. Both the haynes and chilton manuals are based around the american version, but apart from being left hand drive and a few other emissions modifications on the engines there isn't a lot of difference.
