In a Toyota car where I will find the actual Frame, Engine model, production year encrypted?

I bought a used Toyota Carina ED 1990. But where I will get Owner’s Manual & other info about this car?

I did not find any Owner’s Manual or Reference guide for discontinued versions at any Toyota site. Is there any site regarding this? Or any hard copy anywhere?

All the info about Chassis/engine etc is on the VIN plate. This is under the bonnet ( probably attached to the Bulkhead )

I am a bit confused: is this a Carina E with a 1C diesel engine? If so then I don't think that they were made before 1993. Or is it a Carina 11 (model code CT170) with a diesel engine? Do you mean owner's handbook or workshop repair manuals? Due to the age of this car, I doubt if you will find an owner's handbook. Due to the scarcity of the diesel engined version, I think that this also is unlikely. I may be able to answer questions relating to your car.
