Problems With Gears

i had mt 4x4 in diff lock and low box this morning but did not drive forword when disengaging, later i drove forword and then reverced and had a large bang from the rear ,since then it seems like i have only 2 wheels driving it wheel spins just setting of slowly . could this be a major problem or easaly fixed
