Engine Flush:

* Cleans Gums, Varnishes & Deposits

* Frees Sticky Valves & Lifters

* Improves Oil Circulation

* Will Not Harm Seals & Gaskets

* Does Not Contain Harmful Solvents

Use Before Changing Oil In Gas Or Diesel Engines!

Today's gasoline and diesel engines have little room between internal tolerances and are designed to operate cleaner and hotter than ever before. While these improvements have greatly decreased pollution, increased gas mileage and extended the life of these precision engines, additional stress has been placed on both the engine oils and additives. The need to keep these engines free of varnish and sludge and any other by-products of combustion that cause wear and reduce the performance of these units is important to the total longevity of the complete system.

Watch out for the price though - you can buy engine flush in a bottle online for about a fiver! How much are Mr T charging?

  • 3 weeks later...

I would never use engine flush at 20,000 miles theres just no need, i would rather ask the garage what make of oil is been put in my car and pay a bit more for better oil or supply my own...

my mums multi fleet is to be avoided! lol

most modern oils have deturgent in them anyway to keep the engine clean...

it is better to change the oil when the car is hot as the oil is thinner and more of the dirty oil will come out when drained.

my audi 80 tdi has done 158,000 miles with no engine flush near it just good quality oil changed once a year.....

No Neeeeeeed!

Yeah, they got me on that one too <_<

Next time I'll tell them not to bother and will flush a dose of Redex through instead - its about half the price...
