Would someone know the headlamp adjustment specification for a 1999 Avensis. Essentilally, I am looking for the distance between the two headlight spots and the distance between the flat wall and the car so that I could carry out adjustment manually.

I wouldn't do it if I were you. You can never do it the right way. No metter distance from wall. It's very cheap if you go to any garage that has lights adjustment reader. They'll do it in 15 min. and it will be the right way.
