Strange Noise From In Between Front Wheels

My Avensis now has 14.000km and 13 months. A month ago I've started to hear strange noise comming from the front of the car, somewhere from or below the gear box. Now it's getting worse. It happens only on bad road at low speed. Interesting but doesn't seem to appear on road bumps (those mounted to slow the trafic down) but only when one of front wheels go down, like to a hole. The noise is comming from the middle of the front so I can't say it's only one of the wheels. Also doesn't metter which front wheel goes to a hole (not deep hole) or if they go both, the noise comes from the middle.

It doesn't seem to me that it was some loose plastic because it sounds like something heavy is shaking.

Anyone with same problem?

I know the dealer should look at it but their first answer will be "It's normal", as they always do with warranty covered cars.
