Tein Suspension

Hi everyone, hope you guys can point me in the right direction.

I own a garage in Kent and have a customer with a 1999 Japanese import Celica type ZZT 190bhp, it’s fitted with Tein HA Driving Master shocks and springs. (lots of numbers available)

The problem is that the N/S/F shock has completely gone and the car is virtually undriveable. We cannot find anyone who will overhaul the shock in less than 3 to 4 weeks and needless to say he would like it back on the roads sooner.

An ideal solution would be to convert it back to its original suspension, as it is somewhat firm to say the least, but I’m not sure exactly what parts have been changed and buying parts for an import is never easy.

My questions are:

Does anyone know a source for an exchange shockabsorber?

Where would be a good place to get the standard set up from?

Are the Tein parts if replaced, any use to anyone?

Thanks for any advice.

Geoff
