it may take 6 hours first time round as alot of studs may snap or be severely rusted . then once a year for the mot you will put the cat back on and will become quicker each time.

as for fitment they are all based on the 3sgte so in theory they will be the same . you can get 1 from here which is st205 specific http://www.xs-power.co.uk/product_info.php...&products_id=39

if you can go to the gt4 owners club site in the general section , in the stickies is a full step by step guide on how to change it,

You dont need a reducer, thats a supra only thing.

Be prepared to set aside a lot of time to do this job.

Because of having to buy new bolts/tools etc this job took me two weeks

if you put a 3" zorst on you need a 2.5 inch section to stop boost creep on the st205 if you decat it

If the downpipe is ST185 specific you'll need to take one of the studs out of the exhaust housing as the CT20 on the ST205 has an extra stud compaired to the CT26 on the ST185. Having said that most of the downpipes have holes for the ct20(ST205) and then people who use them on the CT26(185) just have an extra hole with no stud in it.. Flange is the same shape etc just extra hole on the CT20 one.

took me 9hours to do mine, but thats on a 185, on the 205 the oil cooler is in a differant place so takes the job time and halfs it for a first time job :)

just prepair the studs a week in advance, soak them in penatrating oil on a daily basis for a week, should make them easier to come out ;) good luck
