hey everyone just though would ask your opinion on some things i have in mind has anyone got Eibach springs on there mr2? an if so r they any good? as am tryin to sort out my cars handlein with out dropin in to much ( lots of speed bumps by my house :crybaby: ) or am i best gettin a compete suspention set (shocks as well?) any help would be very good am very confused :wacko:

Oh an do u guys n girls ever meet up anywhere??

Got them on ours :D 25mm drop, still hits the road humps over 20 mph. then again got a TRD kit on. :thumbsup: Got coilovers from a GB over on mr2oc, paid in sept last year still waiting for them :censor:

as for meets one on Sunday Lookie!!

i've heard they are pretty good.

The problem with just putting new springs on old coilovers is that they never feel right; and you could destroy the handeling off your car never mind improve it.

I think overall the best rated suspension (complete kit) has got to be the TEIN Type FLEX, as they are fully adjustable, have nice smooth ride, but can be as stiff as viagra when they need to be.

but at £900-£1100 price range there not cheap either.

I've used both Eibach Pro Kit (-25mm) and Eibach Sportline (-40mm) on mine and highly rate them for both ride and handling.

Obviously you're not going to beat a well matched set of coilovers for ride and handling, but £150 for Eibachs against £1000+ for coilovers is a fair difference. Depends on how far you want to go.

thank for the help there decided to get a set of coilovers as i thought if u r goin to do something do it right!

decided on some whiteline group 4s if anyone knows them?

an got some anti roll bars on the cheap with them am goin to be skint for a bit now!!
