Boot Wont Open,help Please.

Hi,my boot will not open with the door button or with the key,can the boot be opened from the inside at all.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi me again,the boot on my 2000 reg seems to be different than the one you mailed me which i think was for an 03 avensis.
