94 Celica Import Gearbox

I think my gearbox is dying. I was doing 80mph on the motorway and I lost 5th gear, managed to drive it back home at 50mph in 4th gear. All 4 gears work ok but sound a little noisy the higher the gear I go.

Can anybody help me out please, it sounds like somethings gone inside due to the loud rattling noise coming from the gearbox.

I assume the best option would be to replace the gearbox.

Can anybody tell me where the best place to get one from please?

Had this happen on two other non toyotas. The expers said on both ocasions that it was the pick up bearing on the fith gear?

Solution both times a new box :o
