hi, new member just joined. bought carina e 3 weeks ago. the alarm/central locking were`nt working, found the solution on this forum, many thanks for that. 3 days later i couldn`t unlock the car using the fobs bought new Battery, solved the problem. week later, same thing. so far i`ve bought 5 batteries this time it wasn`t working at all. :angry: rung breakdown he says your fob is working fine. ie it`s transmitting a signal. went through the routine of disconnecting the Battery, works fine. has anyone any idea what is a solution if the fob is not at fault.
