Hi All,

both electric windows have stoped working completly and the window buttons used to have a lights in them, they are now dark too.

Could this be a fuse that needs replacing?

What can I check to fix this? If it is a fuse which one do I need to replace?

Cheers,

Sy.

Take the fusebox cover off and have a look, I'm guessing it will be in the main fuse box under the steering. There should be a map on the back of the cover, if not have a look for a burnt looking one at the end, if you still can't see one - pull each one out until you find it!

my manual lists nothing for power windows , afraid you gonna have to check em 1 by 1

Checked them all inside the dash pannel fuse box, all ok.

Will check under the hood fuses tomorrow, can't imagine the fuse will be gone in there but worth a check.

What else could it be? any ideas?

Has anyone got a clue where the fuse is for the power windows? I looked at the wiring diagram with all the relay locations and names but could not see where the fuse was for windows, can anyone point me in the right direction?
