Got myself a new car today :

Black Mk2 - Revision 3 Gti-16

Now a BIG smile on my face :D

Also wanted to say thanks to everyone who was answering my questions beforehand and all the comments definitly came in usefull!

It was sooo clean yesterday, but somehow is now absolutely filthy! (might be something to do with the country driving ) - love the thing.

Best bit so far was picking my bro up from school and getting thumbs up and looks from everyone as they come out (and they weren't laughing at me in my corsa :P ) Everyone seems love it so far, only one negative comment (the guy was in a done up 1.2 punto, to sum his up i shall say one thing "he did the paint the bonnet to look like carbon fibre" )

Modding if done will be very subtle - definitly need a new lens on the lights, after 11 years think it needs a fresh new set!

I'll definitly come to the meets if they are fairly local. Problem being i work 40 hours a week and am also a full time student...so free time is a bit of a !Removed!!

P.s. Roundabout have been taken VERY slowly so far. I refuse to do any damage to this thing! Too much effort finding it!

er i wouldn't say fun, in my case rather lethal. i stacked my gtt on a roundabout, bein a bit heavy footed on the exit causing the rear to slightly twitch and send it sideways into a load of trees. still haunts me every time i go past. :(

Yeah, i spent about 4 hours yesterday cleaning it up...started in bright sunshine! :) , got hailed on :censor: , harrassed by some old man for 20 mins as use the same hose as him , but finally got it done!

The fav answer to the "how much" question at the mo is "enough" ;)
