Made some interesting discoveries during the swap. It has had a mild front end at some time and the crossmember is out of shape at one end. Also the new fogs don't reuse the old mounts hence the gaps. I think I will try and obtain a facelift crossmember and brackets at the same time. It also still needs the mesh.

Best bit is after all that the missus (who is the owner after all) is not sure about it. She is worried it is to aggressive where the old one is smiley. I reckon she will prefer it once the fogs are in.
