Landcruiser Rear Shockers

I am having a rough time trying to remove the rear shocker top nut on my landcruser colarado,I have pulled the rear carpet up and removed the grommets in the floor top gain access to it, and have had a long extention with a 14mm socket directly onto the shocker top nut,its solid the whole shocker turns .so I have jammed the shocker to stop it turing and the nut still will not move ,I soaked the nut for a few days as I new it was going to be a b to undo, its not rounding off it just will not move . Is it possible to hack saw through the very top of the shocker by the mounting rubbers from underneeth the vehicle and then pull the cut piece up ,will there be enough room ,will I be able to cut through the shocker or is it made from to tougher metal, will I have to take it the garage and let them burn them off,any one doing this job its so easy two nuts to undo but so hard one of them is so awkward to reach .Any one else done this

Can you get any heat on the nut yourself and try it that way?

or get a more leverage on the ratchet?

Its hard to get heat to the nut as it is in a cup surrounded by wires ,I have used a big crack bar with a tube over it ,I cannot belive toyota have put this mounting nut in such a awkward place ,even the grommets in the boot which you remove to gain access are not directly over the nuts , I think the only way to remove the shockers is to hacksaw through them, but I will wait so see if anyone else had this problem

Took car to garage, they had to cut through shockers with air hacksaw as they could not get in any other way,if any one is changing the rear shockers and they come across these tight bolts dont waste your time trying to do it yourself just take it the garage.

Did the rear on a1997 colarado .Ackward, but managed to get them off from under the car.Had to prevent the shocks from turning by holding it with a pipe wrench.
