I need some new brake pads and want to know what people have and what you think of them. Plus anyone with a good contact that could save me money would be appreciated. I want pads for everyday use rather than track day super expensivo ones.

Anyone had Greenstuff pads before??? Plus apparently I have Diamond something pads at present which seem well capable, but seem to be expensive.

There are some original EBC Pads for £39.20 or some Kevlar ones from fensport £36.95. Anyone know what 13,000 is in English money on the TRD site?

i've just bought the greenstuff for mine, should hopefully fit at the weekend. i have been told by a mate they are v.v good.

i have been told that the mintex ones are really noisey,

Try www.Brakes4u.com, got my greenstuff from there for £69, inc VAT and Delivery & 10% discount. I'm sure the Standard EBC pads are in the region of £30ish

I did have Apec on before, and they were as good as the standard toyota stuff, they were £26.

Anyone know what 13,000 is in English money on the TRD site?

it's somewhere in the region of £70, i think, i know that 68,000 yen is about £350ish

I just changed the front pads & disks.

Got standard disks as they are more than capable and Mintex performance pads as my mechanic said he did not rate the green stuff pads (not my oppinion as I have never tried them, so don't shot me down for that comment) , and I can say they the Mintex pads are not noisey at all and a massive improvment over the old ones, loads of brake feel & stopping power and haven't experianced any fade yet!

I would expect there to be better brakes and pads out there but for the cost of this setup, it is very good, can't say anything bad about the setup really.

Go for standard disks and a performance pad of somekind and I doubt you can go too far wrong.
