In Need Of Pics Of An St205 With Aftermarket Alloys

I want to change the alloys on my silver ST205 and would like to see some pics of ST205's with aftermarket alloys, with manufacturers names included if possible

I am currently thinking along the lines of Wolfrace Zen alloys

but I'm not sure on the titanium finish

I quite like the idea of fitting Celica T-sport multispokes, but haven't seen any pics of an ST205 wearing any.

Blimey. Those 18"s don't look that big.

And I guess it doesn't matter if I can see pics of an ST202 as well. Same basic shape, so will give me a good idea.

Problems will arise when I go for a choice, because whatever I go for, needs to clear the calipers.

Adam Gt,

That looks stunning, When you put them 18s on did you have to do any adjustments to the car or did they go straight on? i'm also looking for some wheels wan't sure if i should go for 17 or 18's.

oh and to anyone out there who can help, I'm looking for some side skirts for my poor celica gt that never had them in the first place, any ideas where i can get some decent looking ones?

Cheers everyone

Its not hard choosing wheels that suit a car, but its hard choosing wheels that stand out from the rest.

You can get the skirts from TRD ask Adam as he has jus6t got some IIRC.

No adjustments were needed and it was already lowered 40mm when i fitted the 18s. Tyre size was 215/35/18. no rubbing even on full lock.

As for side skirts, i got my TRD skirts from eBay for £150 delivered but if you dont want to wait and have a bit of money you can buy them from whifbitz for approx £250.... or you can buy the standard skirts off a car thats had a smash, or from fensport for around £250.

Dont get me wrong I like your wheels but what I was getting at was that its harder to find a wheel to suit that nobody has than to find wheels that look good. You car is mint mate by the way.

I take it its a toothbrush job!!

Yeah I agree it is hard to find an original wheel which suits the car, and even harder to find an original wheel which suits the car and doesn't break the bank!

I had a time constraint when I brought mine as I had x3 buckled ones I had to replace. But I did alot of research and still think I made the right choice.

Yeah it is a bit of hard work cleaning the alloys especually since I recently changed the brake disks & pads (loads of brake dust) Had to bust out the alloy wheel cleaner, that sh*t is deadly stuff if you happen to inhaile it, which I found out to my peril! But I am a bit sad when it comes to cleaning the car and enjoy spending time on it.

Anyway... I am sure whatever you choose will look great! Think it's time to issue the tried & tested comment....... "as long as you like it, is all that matters!"

Good luck!
