I have the opportunity to buy a cheap 1.6 G6r (1999). The box is possibly on its way, does anyone one know how much a new box (and fitting) will set me back?

Thanks!, wot sort of money does a 99 G6r 66k FSH go for?

Ive just driven the car and it appears that the box is only making a noise when in reverse on a steep incline? Any thoughts?

A dealer offered me £3100 for mine last week, but it has 102k on the clock!

Mine used to be difficult to get into reverse, but the new bearings cured that.
