Hi, i brought a 1996 celica GT, i came very close not buying it dew to the fact i was so jacked up and looked

abit odd campeared to other i'v seen, but been it such good nick i brought it anyway :) Everyones

proberley asked this 4 million times before... but.... just need some advise on how to fill the arches and why

are the GT's so much more jacked up compeared to the GT4's? on my GT the wheels are to far in

and the arches are way to hight above the tyre line, sort of makes the car look over whight... weird.

cheers for any help

(my cars exactly the same as this one) does help my point being park up the kerb though

your proberly right mate, half asleep! :) Its just if you look at the first pic, shorley the wheels

should be more in line with the arches and not pushed back like they are, shows mostly on the front wheel.

proberly me being way fussy, knowen for that! :D

your right about the lowering though, looking to drop it to the gt4 hight, don't realy want it on the floor as its

use everyday.

£ Ching Ching.... think my girlfriends going to rip me a new one if i spend out on some new 18"s! :P dame

house prices these days, bleeding nightmare. I'm gona have to just saw the dam springs in half!

I was just messing with the cutting the springs, seen enough chopped novas and

estorts in my time to know this :D

So spacers and srings.. might as well go for the shocks too, think there on the way out. Very creeky on

cold mornings going over speed humps. wheres the best place to buy spacers from? As for shocks i'v used Spax road kits

before and thorght thay were ok, is there any recommened companys to use with toyotas? like

Tein?

cheers.

you sure you need spacers. Mine lowered with wheels and NO spacers looked perfect:
