Did Spray Interior In The End

I got it done yesterday. It looks much better and more silver when you see it for real than it does in pics (where it looks white ).

Does brighten up the interior and really suits it. :D

Also matches my silver + black:

nah, i've not been out and about for a while, my runabout is only good for that and nothing else, the four has been getting some goodies fitted, nearly ready to come out to play again soon :D

same here ;) but the outside is so dirty you wouldnt be able to tell

Put it through a car wash??!!! I'd never do that and why bother if you wash it yourself every week? Don't you worry about the carwash scratching your paint? I haven't been near one since I bought my celica, they would be too rough for my baby! :)

I tend to carwash it in the winter mainly to get the under chassis wash , but i had to carwash it the weekend as i had a bit of road rage on friday and a asian lad spat on my car :censor: , and i didn't have my bucket and sponge to hand

Its all nice and shiney again now, just like all Celica's should be

I was driving down the street and it was my right away, he bulled his way through so i tried to move over so he can come round me, he started shaking his head, so i put my middle finger right up to the driver side window and he went to get out of his car i went to get out of mine i shouted at him, "go on get out of your fking car and i will put you back in it. Then he gobbed at my window :censor:

so in a rage i open my door on to driver rear quater about 10times leaving a hugh line/dent down his driver rear quater, i managed to move forward a bit, he ran up behind my car and punched my spolier, i got out of my car again and said is that all you've got you stupid ba5tard, fk off back in your car.

My Celi came out unmarked

But had to put it through car wash as could not bare the thought of what he did, dirty muthafka.

Camel toes are not an option, genetics makes sure you all have them! Some better than others mind!

Hey, I was thinking about doing exactly the same interior job on my GT. Did you spray it in the same way you would bodywork? Did you use laquer? And don't you need to use the special "flexible" interior paint?

Also does anyone have any opinions as my interior is entirley black (including full leather) and I am unsure if a bit of silver may ruin it.

I sanded down the parts, sprayed with primer, lightly sanded, then more primer, then couple of coats of silver, then a layer of laquer.

I didnt use any special spray... just the Halfords toyota silver stuff for around £7.

The reason i did mine is beacuse i thought it was a bit to plain having everything black... the silver really brightened up the interior and it looks great. My thoughts were that some people go too far and spray too much... i just kept it simple by doing only the centre and one small vent either side.

Try painting it Black ie the same as your car as I reckon that will give it that little extra, plus then I can decide whether to do it!
