Hi all.

After Takeing a Trip to Birmingham to west wales yesterday. I found that when I was parked up If I turn the steering wheel the engine revs from about 500 - 1000/1200 and then goes back down again when it returns to centre

Is there any reason why this should happen. This is the first time that I have noticed that This is happened.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Im no mechnic but its something to do with the PAS pump.. When stationary and just ticking over, and you turn the wheel the power steering pump jumps into action which in turn uses power or somfing like that..

NO NEED TO WORRY
