Once agian sorry for the quality of the pics , I also have a pick up Shell but its a bit knackered, used to have a sweet performance filter but it suffered when I had a recurring gasket problem, car was leaking fuel all over itself.

Don't get to run this much anymore & need to sort a fueling prob but it does kick *****! Two of my mates have the same model as well :D

They cost about £200 - 300 for the complete working car & radio.

Loads of shells are available as extras.

I paid about £250 for mine but that was ages ago, think they are down to about £200 now.

Sounds good Gordy! :D It does run now its just not as fast as it good be! I'm running road tyres at the moment but I have a set of Knowlson style white wheels with seriously worn rally tyres (fun in the wet!).

There are loads of shells around but many require a little modding to fit, just make sure you get the correct size, mine takes 200mm ones, got the Beetle as I wanted something of a good size to accomodate the internals. My mate had an Elise Shell which was to small & a TVR one which is again a bit small - you just need to choose carefully!

Oh & budget for spares coz they go wrong all the time!!! Mine went through a phaze of chucking drive shafts, its had a load, new petrol tank, new chassis bolts etc etc etc!
