2001 Celica Vvt Sensor

Hi

My cars failing its MOT on emissions - its 10x over the limit! Apparently emissions are ok when revs below 2500, but over that he reckons the oxy sensor just can't cope cos it's getting too much fuel. the garage (non-toyota) rang up Bosch for advice, they said VVT sensors gone, which kind of makes sense as the ECU caught this as a fault due to an earlier prob.

Anyone know how much one of these costs for a 140bhp model?

PS. anyone recommend where I can get some decent alloys - 17inch, I'd like them in white, and i don't want to splash out too much.

Thanks
