Unfortunally they haven't got an aygo showoff area, so I put my car in the Yaris-corner :D

This the first stage of my Aygo-project (so I know it should be lowered :D)

Tommygun

When you get the car can you take a nice close pic of the wheels which shows the clearance ?

BTW - getting excited yet ? ?

Yes I'm getting very excited! Can't wait longer! First they said that I would get him tomorrow but now thursday is the big day!

you said: When you get the car can you take a nice close pic of the wheels which shows the clearance

What does "the clearance" mean?

Sorry I mean the gap between the top of the tyre and the wheel arch i.e. I want to see how much this 'gap' is reduced from standard by having the larger wheels. I already know that this gap is closed by 25mm by having the TTE springs fitted. Hope this makes sense.

Roll on Thursday . . . . . . :D

I thought tommygun was fitting 16x195/40's hence the rolling radius will be the same as standard. Only difference will be the closeness of the inside edge of the wheel to the crossmember on the rears and to the lump in the front of the wheel arch liner at the front on full lock especiall when lowered.

By the way Tommygun, those alloys look perfect on your car. I am even tempted to upgrade from my 15's!!

The rolling radius is indeed the same as the original. I believe that lowering 50 mm should be enough. I'm checking for 50 mm loweringsprings for the aygo, so if anyone knows....

by the way: nice thing to hear PUG BUG! ;)

35mm lowering springs largest i have seen from H&R. 50mm is probably going to cause problems with clearance over bumps. By the way my 35mm are so stiff you can even feel a bump if you were driving over a grain of rice!

Good luck with the hunt

ok 35 mm it should be then :P

I have mounted the APEX lowering springs today.(35mm and the price 91Euro)

They were mounted in 1.5 hour.
