I received from the dealership I'm buying my Yaris from a confirmation of registration details which gives the vin number and registration no of the car. Does that mean its now imminent??

Close though mate.... normally you get the registration about a week or so before you pick it up - this means you can get your insurance sorted, then once you receive the insurance certificate you give this to the dealer so they can tax it for you.
