Interior Light Problems

Yet another problem with my gt4

The interior light on my car doesnt come on when i open either door, also the little red lights on the doors dont.

You can turn the lights on manually. (it is set to 'door')

I'm sure they worked once.

Any ideas?

check the contacts in the interior light. Could be dirty connection.

its more likely the switch in the door post need attention , the screw forms the earth that holds it in place and can get shytted up . even rusty !!!!

Unlikely to happen to both at the same time but worth checking though :) And additionally the interior light and door marker lights should come on when the rear hatch is opened too. If they don`t it would point to the light itself.
