Help Engine Vibration

The car has got an engine vibration when it idles about 800 - 1000 rpm. Its been to the dealers twice and its still there. They have tightned the engine mount bolts, moved the air filter pipe. It has to go back on Tuesday again.

Has anyone had a problem like this before?

there's been alot of threads about this, its a common problem with the yaris (usually the 1.0 litres)
