Low Profile Car Ramps

Hi folks,

I did do a search before posting this...but as a silver surfer I might just have missed a previous posting!

Anyway, I've been looking - for some time - for low profile car ramps as I've found that my old Halfords' ramps have too steep a drive-on slope for many modern vehicles with low air dams.

I'm looking for something akin to this American design:

http://www.discountramps.com/sports_car_ramps.htm

Anyone know of a UK fabricator/supplier manufacturing such an item?

Lol!!!

I have have to drive onto specially reserved blocks of wood just to get a trolley jack under mine :crybaby:

the long supra overhangs make it very ramp unfriendly too.....

I made my own ramps with angle iron and my welder, with a long run up so you can get anything on them. but ive now dug a pit in my garage 5 foot deep which is even better

I suppose I could make one... My old man has some huge long steal ramps (well flat wheel track type things) from back in the day to get his jag out of the work garage

I just don't trust supra weight over my head, with dodgey bodged home made ramps!!

I know it's a bit cheeky, but it's relevant and on topic and exactly what the original poster was asking for?

I have a lotus elan...I was chasing down an MR2 at Oulton park recently and I was very impressed!!
