Do you need to take a wheel or wheels off to change the brake fluid? How is it bled from the system?

Are the spark plugs checked?

Nope - there are bleed nipples accessable from under the car. You open the brake fluid resevoir and use a bleeding kit or just pressure each corner (diagonally) useing someone else to pump the pedal - then top up.

Spark plugs should be checked I think ..

Just got back from my 10k service this evening and got the paperwork in front of me, so here's a few bits from the 20k (it's on the same sheet)...

Replace Battery in remote locking.

Check valve clearance (audibly with stethoscope).

Check and inspect fuel cap.

Check power-steering fluid level.

Check coolant level and strength - report.

Inspect spark plugs. Replace at 40,000 miles or 4 years (whichever is sooner).

Inspect operation of charcoal canister - every 2 years or 30,000 miles (whichever is sooner).

Check and inspect fuel lines, connections and vapour control.

Full 4-wheel alignment check - extra charge for adjustment.

Not a full list but some of the extra things that are done at 20k.

i need to go and have a word with the garage that did my service a couple of weeks ago. the brakes dont feel as good as they did before it went in. so i suspect that they changed the fluid. even tho they fitted the brakes for me 4 months ago and i gave them the motal brake fluid <_<

Interesting ... I never did get my plugs changed by MrT despite being well over 60k! When I asked them about when they'd need doing they said not to worry!

(its ok I got Denso Iridiums around 70k)
