Vredestein Sportrac 2 For Corolla?

I'd like to replace the Michelin Energy tires of my Corolla 1.4D (very bad with rain!) with "VREDESTEIN SPORTRAC 2" (195/60 R15 V): what do you think about Vredestein tires, and, particurarly, about the Sportrac 2?

I know that Vredestein tires are so quite common in GB, is it true?

Can you tell me anything about these tires? How is the grip with dry or wet? And the comfort?

Thank's

:)

Who make the tyres? Never heard of them ..

Goodyear, Bridgestone, Dunlop, Michellin are comon.

Toyo, Falken are less so, but more "sports".

Never heard of Vredstein .. sound German.

Vredestein is a dutch company, they quite frequently with the reviews that autoexpress have.

I can certainly recommend their bicycle tyres, they are the bomb. Never tried their car tyres but over on the vw forums some people rave about them.

does it rain much in italy?
