Fuel Economy?

Hello all

How many miles do you all get to a tank of fuel, on the Gen 6.

I'm lucky to get 300 miles, even on a long run, mostly off boost.

Is this normal?

Depends on how you drive, best i've managed was 440 to the tank on a long motorway journey constant 70 all the way. Worst was about 150 when I got in a mood with work and took the car out for a good hiding. :D

Its normal mate. If your gonna drive round in a 2.0litre turbo gt4 you gotta be ready for the petrol bills ;)

Could be, anyone know what size the fuel tank is on the GT? It supposedly 68 litres on my GT4 but never ran it dry so max every filled up to was 62 litres which cost about £60. Normal fill up for about 300-350 miles granny driving used to be about 50-55 quid.

Tank on the GT is 60 litres (13.2 Gallons)

Tank on the GT4 is 68 litres (15 Gallons)

i have a 1994 GT, is it 3SGE engine i think. now i'm even more confused cos i went on the website you said and they got some weird description, for a 4wd GT with a 3SGTE engine, i always thought that was the GT4.

Thanks
