Seen them listed ages ago Ruth, but never seen one - they've got a good name.

Why not give the envy or apexi a try?

I originally wanted an apexi, but i dont know if i can be bothered with the hassle of relocating it?

Envy id still consider... would also consider AEM if i knew whether or not the filters were wet/dry

wet filter on all AEM. They have now however brought out a replacment filter end for all there applications that changes the end from a wet to a dry filter. Costs £45 plus whatever the AEM system is. Also doesnt fit TS without changing the Battery position. Ive ordered the Envy one as i know they are good at what they do.

Looks like a decent piece of kit, just dont think anyone has used it over here as it hasnt been easily available over here unlike other filters.

Problem with that AEM one is two things, wet filter, and.... it locates it to low down... we live in UK people. lol

The Blitz is most definatly not wet as its metal and i have one.

Jamesie told me u can re locate the AEM to 2 places, one being down near the bumper!

Would love to see pics of the blitz filter, how much would u be looking for it?

Would deffo need to know if it was wet or dry tho as i dont want any hassle

The envy system looks awesome, personally would go with one of them as its been custom designed for the Yaris and not just an adaptation of a generic filter.

Plus its a dry filter so no hassle there, and looks bling too.

Well even if you ignore that, isn't the dry filter better anyway? (in the sense its more free flowing)

There's nothing wrong with th AEM kit, it soesn't take long to reposition the Battery and the lower down the filter is the better is it's further away from the heat. So what if it's near the bottom, you worried you'll have to clean it more? maybe you will, but if you don't want to clean it then don't bother installing any filter as all need maintaining

EDIT: And by the way, AEM is supplied by Toyota dealerships in Canada and the states and an extra, so it can't be all that bad ;)

Flip chill out.. end of the day whether wet filters are "ok" or not, i dont want to run the risk of having any warning lights pop up on the dash!

Tom have you any pics of the blitz filter? ta

Oh just looked up the blitz website and it says the SUS is a dry filter! :)
