Hey guys im looking for a Twin Turbo engine and gearbox...

i have a n/a supra that ive owned for years and i want to replace the engine with a twin turbo engine and 6 speed inplace of my 5 speed...

any help with this is greatly appreciated..

Righto. For a start i hope you understand that this isnt just a simple case of changing the engine and gearbox

As well as those two, you will need a new ecu, new loom, new driveshaft, new diff, new rear shafts, new exhaust downpipe....and dozens of other things.

It is BY FAR cheaper to sell up and get a proper twin turbo.

Also the car will be cheaper to insure than an N/A converted to turbo, will be easier to work on in the future and also will be worth more when you come to sell it.

Or get a turbo conversion for the n/a enigne, a few kits available these days.

I have a 7M-GTE 3.0 turbo engine for sale (with ecu/loom etc)... it would fit in and probably be the only one in the world :D

NA-T conversions are going for around £3500 I think, which would give you just about 400bhp maybe a bit less. There are cheaper kits but won't give any more than a stock TT and can't really be tuned to much more than that.

Just sell it and buy mine! :D

Or mkivstore.com do the stage I for £2875, and £3641 for the stage II. Expect around 350bhp for the stage I and up to 450bhp for the stage II with supporting mods.

Its like buying anything you pay for quality. How do you know if the second hand engine you bought was a good one, let alone the turbo's!
