defo worst case .. if yours isn't fixable .. take this for a spin and see if you like it.

a dark red mk3 turbo with a targa roof is always going to be a nice change. As long as it's not a shed mind :)

not sure why it hasn't gone already if you get my drift.

as ive said before not got a clue about mechanics but if it drives well then might take a chance.. never drove a shed

I think you'd be hard pushed to find a "limited" that is not an auto... Still its not THAT hard to make it manual if you so desire.. its no often you see any decent aerotop mkiii for sale, let alone a 1jz, let alone a 1jz limited!!

You can only sell things for what people are willing to pay.

As in the Classic thread, it's not "quite" there yet ..

In 10 years, it'll go for a mint, at the moment people look at Mk4's being cheap and buy those.

The mk2 MR2 market is the same .. they are cheap as, because of the mk3 price dropping .. where the mk1 is about as low as it'll go ..

hes coming back to me later about seeing car weekend, if i buy it would anyone be interested in buying mine? white supra 3ltr mkiii.. drives well except for front wings rotting.. mot till june.. has passed last 4 mot s.. taxed till end of may..

i am going to see it yea.. very interested..have spoke to the bloke a few times and sounds really good.. hes had it 3yrs jap import and only done 10000mls in it..new targa roof fitted too as other one was warped he said, and was leaking.. have spoke to someone on miii surpra.net and he has worked on this car and said its mint

seen the car today and bought it.. left him a dep getting it on sat..hes having it mot tomorrow.. run nice.. bit of a run of paintwork on the bonnett.. someones tried to do a cheap job.. couple of scuffs on front bumper.. couple of small dents on side.. but nothing serious.. had a new targa top but dont look as though its been fitted too good.. where the black metal meets the other.. hand brake cover and drivers seat and steering wheel look worn for 62600mls but he said that the mileage was 52000 when he got it and hes only done 10000mls in 3 yrs.. he hasnt had cam belt done and other belts look like they want changing.. but all imaterial stuff that can be put right... so ive had it

also i forgot to mention when i went to see the car there was a split on top of dashboard in front of steering wheel.. approx 2in long.. not easy to repair.
