Just joined having bought my Silver Prius T-Spirit back in December. Extremely happy with its performance at approx 54 mpg. Looking forward to warmer weather and (hopefully) even better fuel efficiency.

How about this as a conversation topic...

If you could improve your Prius, what would you change?

e.g.

I'd add a solar-panel to trickle feed the Battery. Simple addition, have no idea how much it would improve the mpg.

Anyway, look forward to chatting with my fellow Prius/Hybrid owners. If you see me on the roads, give me a wave. It'll make my day!

I've just scanned through this site and spotted those messages. The heated mirrors would certainly be a bonus.

I remember reading somewhere of a gadget which was basically a thermos flask which allowed the heat generated by the engine to be saved. This meant that the engine would return to a working temperature faster. The added bonus would be that the compartment heating would be quicker too. Major bonus in winter conditions.

I've seen discussion about EDrive which allows users to plug in their Prius. Pointless unless the source is carbon neutral. Perhaps I'll fit solar panels to the house and then it'd make more sense.
